How do I get a Human Design chart?

You can generate a free chart online (I walk you through this step inside the course). You’ll need a birth date, time, and location.


What if I don’t have the exact time of birth?

Exact time creates the most accurate chart.

If you don’t have it, you can check a birth certificate or contact the hospital where the birth took place.


I’m completely new to Human Design — is this course right for me?

Yes.

You do not need prior knowledge.

Human Design is taught simply and practically — not as something to master, but as a tool to strengthen your awareness and regulation.

I work with sensitive mothers who are tired of reacting in their own homes.

My path didn’t begin with Human Design.
It began with realizing that insight alone wasn’t enough.

I’ve always been deeply attuned to emotion, to energy, to what’s unspoken in a room.
And motherhood showed me something confronting:

Sensitivity without regulation becomes absorption.

I knew what was happening. I was overwhelmed in my own nervous system.

Human Design gave me language for how energy moves.
Somatic practice gave me the capacity to stay steady inside it.

That changed everything.

Because I stopped reacting and started regulating.

Today, I teach parents how to regulate first.

I use Human Design as a practical framework—not to label children, but to help adults recognize where they overextend, over-identify, and override their own timing.

I don’t offer scripts or behaviour management.

I teach nervous system leadership.
